Did anyone catch at about 7:00 he's talking about Ford Sync? I knew it got a bad rap but somehow he knows that they redesigned it and used a blackberry format. When I was doing my homework on uconnect when I was buying midnight, I found out that the uconnect was designed by RIM. This is blackberrys parent company.
Yea he drops some big bombs there. Especially the rear stop lamp gasket deal.

Hell, for that matter, my wife worked at a Ford dealership when we bought our first new Dodge Cummins.......but they didn't fire her either.

Many dealership employees do not own the brand they work for. It is such a transient business most employees do not stay in one place long enough to become loyal to one brand. And at least on the FCA side of things, until FCA agreed to extend the employee purchase to dealership employees, many did not even purchase from their own dealers, or brand. I always hated to see an employee go out and purchase from another dealer because the dealer they worked for did not care enough about their employees to give them a fair deal.

Actually the light duty towing crowd loves them. They deliver great power and fuel economy both towing and non-towing driving.

She did not most likely make a negative video with the Ford logo in the back ground in a FORD service area!

He said that he had worked at a dual dealership but was now at a Ford dealership!

Agreed. Very informative testimonial.
We just returned from the Auto Show here and I'm pleased to say for the first time in years Chrysler had a very large inventory of diesel and gas trucks along with their cars.
The new trucks sure sit nicely and my wife loved the Ecoboost's fuel economy numbers but not the pricetag. Fit and finish was excellent,they had the power seats turned on and the hoods up.

Hmmmm, The ED has its serious problem just like any new model, ERG,SCR, OIL Exchanger....rumor has it a recall is coming on the exchanger, You can easily defeat the EGR, the fix was in 15 on the SCR and when the exchangers are changed out it will be awesome, the rest of the vehicle is robust in power and comfort,and gets great mileage.

I know two gents that have owned them and traded both in on Fords with the 5.4 and 6.2 because the Ecoboost drank so much fuel while working that it used more fuel than the V8's. Add to that the smaller fuel tank that ford installed in an attempt to save weight and when your working it you will constantly be looking for a fuel station. No thanks, Ecodiesel is the way I'd go too.

They need it. Neighbors ecopoop had an 18. Towing a 20' boat that weighs in at 2500 pounds with trailer knocked him to less than 150 miles to a tank. His brothers F350 with V10 had more mpg towing and much larger tank=more range and less stops.
