I took my rotors in to be trued up after R&Ring my pads and the shop checked them and said they couldn't turn they would be below discard width. I looked up the starting size=1.500" and their discard size is 1.323". .067 wear didn't look like much based on the overall thickness of the disc. Cost $140.00 for 2 new discs.:mad:
 
I think $140 is quite low for both.I remember I bought 2 new us made front rotors and was about $300, and that was maybe 4 years ago. These parts last pretty long time. I think it's worth it to buy a quality part. Mine still look almost new. It depends I think on the pads.

The OP has a 4x4. His rotors are a lot less complicated and have a lot less metal than our 2wd rotors. He can get a good assortment of quality rotors for $70 or less at Rockauto. But if you paid $150 ea for your 2wd rotors, you ought to check out Rockauto too....
