Any recommendations/guidance for location of the EDGE fuel pressure sensor? I'd like to put it on the VP44, but where? On the inlet side banjo, or on the check valve (return) side? I have a snubber from Geno's. I have the FASS Titanium, so the stock fuel filter canister is not an option. I've looked on EDGE's, Geno's and the TDR but can't find anything (although it's quite possible I'm just totally ignorant and missing it). Any insight would be appreciated. I'm running a 99 Dodge Ram 3500 dually 4x4 with FASS Titanium and new VP44, and installing the EDGE Insight CTS2.

I have an 01 and use the inlet on the vp 44 like the above post. I use a tapped banjo bolt and an 18 inch hose, like a grease gun hose then a snubber. Three years and no trouble.

Here is a pic of mine with the FASS 1/2" fuel line, also at the VP44. I bought the Tee fitting off jegs for 20 bucks or so. The edge reports about 1.5 psi less than the sending unit at the pump. (I set that up before i installed the edge, don't really need 2 but I have it at the moment).

Excellent, the pix really helps! Thanks so much.

I installed a fuel pressure regulator that is mounted towards the dash cowling, (see picture with red/black colored regulator), this gives me three connections, of which I have used two for two different fuel pressure gauges, one edge and one Dakota. I tee'd into the fuel line between the VP44 and filter. This gives me the ability to fine tune fuel pressures to the VP44 and makes purging air out of the filter simple, just crank the key a couple of times and it starts right up. This is accomplished because the pressure regulator has a return line to the tank.

Sweet! Where did you find the reg? That's a pretty neat idea.

I think I purchased it at Summit racing. It is made by Aeromotive, here is the part number : AEI-13301

Another advantage of this setup is the fact that fuel is constantly circulated from the tank, through the filter, then back to the tank. This keeps the fuel cooler when it passes through the VP44, especially if your keep the fuel tank close to full.
