When I cycle the key on or off when my truck is in 4 low, I get this message: "power adjustable pedals unavailable when cruise engaged" The funny thing is this, my truck is not equipped with adjustable pedals, it is a tradesman with a manual transmission. The dealer told me they have seen this before, but they couldn't fix it on my truck, they could fix it on another one, but when they tried to reflash mine, it didn't fix the error. Has anyone had this message before, or it mine just unique? Other than this and the body mount clunk, I am loving my first Ram. Thanks

The service info only says "when the correct conditions exist, the message is displayed". It does not explain what the conditions are that makes the EVIC display it.

I have a 2013 Tradesman with G56. Haven't seen it on mine. But you might use 4 low more than I do. I have used 4 low only a few times.

Does this happen EVERY TIME you use 4 low?

If I am in four low and turn the engine off, or if I turn the key on when the truck was left in four low, the message is displayed as long as the key is left in the accessory mode, once I start the engine or turn the key all the way off the message will go away after a few seconds. My dealer said he had seen others do this, but they were able to fix them with a reflash, mine is just special. yes I use 4 low a lot to back trailers to save my clutch 3:42 rear axle.
