It's actually a Pennsylvania truck one owner. The build sheet from the factory and the shipping sheet and the original window sticker with all the manuals and everything were in the glove box when I bought it bought in Pennsylvania and still in Pennsylvania I'm the second owner

I put over 200k on my last Getrag without issue. I changed the oil every 25k miles and always added an extra quart.
Since I will be keeping the power output at the stock level and not towing very often, I figure I will stick with the Getrag.
FWIW - I have also owned Dodges (Gen 2 & 3) with NV4500s and NV5600s. If I were going to upgrade, I would go "whole-hog" and install a 6 speed.
It took me awhile to see the light, but my favorite Dodge is the Gen 1 and I don't plan to ever selling this truck.

Wow, you should buy a powerball ticket. That is a rare find anywhere especially a one owner in that shape from PA. Super sweet truck. I somewhat regret not going the 1st gen route when going after my 2nd cummins
