Does anyone know what the vacuum pump spec is for a 2003 3500 HO diesel automatic trans, at sea level? I've been having cruise-control problems for 4 yrs; we finally found a pin-hole in one of the vac lines and repaired it, but still having problems. Dealer says my vacuum pump is pulling 11hg, but dealer cannot tell me what the correct spec for the pump is and I cannot find any mention of it in my service manual. Does anyone know? Thx.

Yes, they have a vac pump for the heater controls. I thought they were behind the drivers battery but maybe there are multiple positions depending on year.

It's for Cruise Control on my 2004.5. Heater doors are electric servo actuated.

Did they change the cruise control in 04.5? 03 has no vacuum pump or servo.

Manual trucks have speed control in the ECU if the pump and servo are not present.
