Hello Forum,
Ive had my new 2016 2500 ram for two weeks and the check engine light came on today and it has no power. Barely even moves if I put the pedal to the floor.
Guess I'll be visiting the dealer tomorrow.
Just wondering what could be wrong.
thx

def is full. check light is not blinking, it just stays on. Yesterday was my first fill up. Maybe I got some bad fuel. The location I filled up is a highly used station. Lots of vehicles use this location, so I don't think the fuel is bad but I guess it could be.
thanks for the info.

Oh I also received an email from the vehicle report.

Malfunction Indicator LightYour vehicle's Malfunction Indicator Light recently indicated your vehicle needs service. WARNING:Prolonged driving with the Malfunction Indicator Light on could cause damage to the engine control system. If the Malfunction Indicator Light is flashing, severe catalytic converter damage and power loss will soon occur. Have your vehicle serviced at your dealership immediately.

I briefly read the explanation. But one main symptom was a blown 20 AMP fuse.
When it was replaced, the fuse immediately blew again.

I'll check the paper work and look for codes.

OK, then you will likely have a P0882 fault. Yes, the solenoid is the likely smoking gun in this case. Could you post (or PM me) the last 8 digits of your VIN? I probably already have you on the radar, but want to confirm that.
