If i'm signing the check, I really don't give two squirts of dog **** what someone thinks about what i'm buying.

Hit the cab with other Andersen hitch.. Thing is, I think, there should be 80 percent duallys instead of 80 percent sb.. Just went looking for another truck. I found duallys with 68rfe, no air leveling, no fifth wheel prep... Why do we buy a cummins, AISIN?.. It sure is not to go to the movies or to yhe store or to and from work. We buy them tow pull, tow or carry LARGE LOADS. I HAVE been looking.... Cummins with AISIN, no fiver prep... Cummins with AISIN duallies with no air leveling... Who in heck orders these. It just hard to find a 3500 dually, AISIN, fiver prep, air leveling.... I just don't get it... It's like buying a sledgehammer with no handle...

Apparently, the buying public, and therefore Ram, doesn't see it that way.
They need to put a larger Fuel Tank on the trucks. 32Gals is so so! If they can put a 50gal tank on the Chassis Cab models they can do the same on the trucks that come with a 6ft 4in or an 8ft bed.

What he said. When someone else is signing the check instead of me, then they might have some legitimate input into my decision. Until then, it's my money and my choice.*

That is why I ordered my truck. I bought and got what I wanted, not what the salesman wanted me to buy, My only regret was I did not get 4WD, but it was more of a want than an actual need. (if the Power Wagon would have come with the Cummins and an 8ft. ned I would have gotten it)
That being said I got my Truck for just shy of $4500.00 bucks less than a Power Wagon costs.
I use my cargo camera! To hook up Fifth wheel..How about another backup camera by the cargo light that would come in use when the tail gate is down. So you can see when hooking up a 5th wheel.
Yes!. Very unfortunate for those who need to tow instead of hauling a lunchbox and a tooth brush!...Apparently, the buying public, and therefore Ram, doesn't see it that way.
Yes and deliver straight to my home....since the dealer does not want to stock these, the dealer should not profit... Good idea..The reason is it gives the initial impression that the dealer has good pricing.
Best thing to do is just order what you want!

My girlfriend argued against 4x4. If i had ordered one, (which i did price, but the dealer was trying to screw me), I wouldn't have a 4x4. Both my girlfriend and i have discovered that 4x4 is very useful for maneuvering any significant trailer in state and national parks. And when you have to turn the trailer around in the yard, or negotiate steep inclines/declines. As for dually, she got her wishes there and we went with a single rear wheel..... Although there was a nice drw 3500 not far from home. We bought it off a lot 4 states away and had it "delivered". My girlfriend commented this past summer when we were on vacation that the truck was one of the best investments we've made. And she was just talking about the features and fuel mileage. I don't think she realizes that a Cummins has an expected life span of 300,000-500,000 hwy miles.
I think 31 gallon fuel tanks are adequate for 2500's. But i would suggest larger tanks for 3500's.... at least such option would be preferred

I have to agree about the fuel tank, I read on another forum, that all 2017 Ford Super Duty Trucks will have a 48 Gal. fuel tank. It didn't say if it was just for Diesel or gasoline. I wonder how long will it take Ram or FCA to step forward and put a larger tank in the Ram Trucks?

Totally agree!!!
My solution was i went to Titan Tanks with my 2016 and got the 55 gallon replacement tank plus the 30 gallon sparetire area tank. Now 85 gallons is great for pulling and hauling without loosing bed space.
