2011 3500 Laramie Longhorn dually, Check engine light is on, check for codes, got: P22B2, P2270, P241A, P22B5, and P2BAC. Cleared codes and CEL went out. Driving into work today and CEL is back, truck is NOT suffering any performance issue, but I am wondering about the codes and CEL. Truck has 72,XXX miles and no deletes or tuner on it, I use both Tow/Haul and Exhaust Brake faithfully.

Seems like o2 sensors problems are very common on the the 07-12 EGR trucks. Since my mine CEL was already lit for an o2 sensor fault I decided to unplug the EGR valve to stop the engine from breathing its own waste. It now gives EGR fault codes as well but the truck runs a lot better without it with much improved MPGs. I check the codes often and no other codes have appeared in the thousands of miles since. I know this doesn't actually solve your problem but just wanted to let you know about my experience.

The first thing to do is make sure the tsb overlay harness has been installed.Clean the o2 sensors and drive the truck in a style that will allow the sensors to get hot enough to keep them clean

Glad i don't have O2 sensors

yeah, I figured the O2 sensors were in distress. But, like I said, no performance issues and at 72,XXX miles the only warranty would be the emissions, which these are considered.

Bob4x4,

Do you know specifically which TSB addressed the O2 sensor overlay harness? I thought it started with 13-.........

I just had this procedure done and I'd like to comment on it.

Thanks

I think what you are wanting is 25-002-14.
