Bought this truck used, had 55-75 mph vibration from day one. I thought it was probably just tire balance. Had the Good Year Wranglers balanced, but it didn't help. I started reading everything I could on the forums and concluded it could be a number of driveline connected things. I didn't want to start throwing parts at it, although I was about getting ready to start doing just that. I put two new Firestone Transforce tires on the front this morning, and it has smoothed right out. Also had my front end aligned before getting the tires, but that didn't help. I'm very happy to have a smooth ride.

Tires can be the cause of a lot of vibrations.
I had vibration on Mule. Took it to Dodge for alignment and check tires (not factory tires). They could not find any thind wrong. Put new set of tires and aluminum wheels on. Vibration went away.
Liner had vibration when I got. They had thirty day warranty on them, I brought it back to late. Roaming tireman told me to take it to truck tire place to have them balanced. All they told me they had to put a lot of weights on one side of one of the tires. Still had viibration. *Talked to roaming tire man. He jacked the front end up so both sides would be even. *Put an object with an even straght edge in front of the tire(tires) and spun them around slowly. The passenger side tire when spun had gap on 25 % of the tire. As he spun the tire the tire would be very close to the object he put in front of it then there would be much larger gap between the tire and object.
I put a new set of tires on Mule 5-6 years sgo from discount tire had vibration plus it was hopping on large bumps. Decided to look where the weights were placed front right tire a bunch on one side. Took to friends place (he has a shop at his house) jacked Mule put milk crate in front of right tire and spun it . A larger gap soon appeared. Took it back they tried to re balance it 4 times. They put on a new tire it balaned ok . I put 4 new tires on feb 20015, 5 years 73,000 on them. This is my 4rth or 5th time I bought *Michelins ltx/ ms from them, of course the last 2 sets were version 2. *

Never a fan of Good Year.

Ive had several people tell me the Goodyears might be the problem. I actually like the looks of them better than the Firestones, but I'm sure loving the smooth ride. It sure seems like a lot of people have vibration problems with these 3500 trucks, caused by a lot of different things.

I just recently solved a vibe problem I'd had for many years as well. It turned out to be the right front wheel bearing.
Even though it was fine when the vibe started many years ago, it apparently had something to do with it since it went away when I changed it recently.
Keep in mind that I didn't change the bearing because of the vibe, it had just loosened up and was time. I had changed the left side before.
