i have a 2007.5 3500 SRW electricly ingaged when placed in 4low it will not disengage 4hi works fine

Mine acted like that last time I was in 4-lo, I shifted to 4-Hi and then back to 2 wheel drive

The trans must be in neutral to shift in or out of 4 low.
