Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Coolant drain plugs or drain petcocks (Engine Block)

Does my 97 dodge cummins have any drain plugs or drain petcocks on the block? If not whats the best way to get the old coolant out of block.

The best way to remove old coolant is do a coolant system flush

When my '96 was new I emailed Cummins and asked about drains on the engine block. I was told to disconnect the lower radiator hose, as this is the low point on the block. Not sure if this was true or not, but I'm pretty sure there are no block drains.
