YES drop the rears to 35 but raise the fronts to 80 as YES that is where they should be ran. Also lower the bags to 5psi at the most.
The front tires most likely needed to be replaced at 30K because the factory sets the toe to 1/4" and the proper spec is 1/32". So if you do buy the truck I highly advise getting the toe set or you will be wearing out the outer edge of the tires.
Some places just do the undercoat no matter what to make it look new.
Forgot to mention that the two valves on the rear bumper or most likely for the air bags
Doesn't the TPMS complain if the rears are set that low? If so, how do you over-ride that?
Well, I couldn't get them to lower the rears to 35 -- they said that would be unsafe and too much for liability for them. So, the rears were at about 62. They did let a lot of air out of the rear bags, though, to get down to 5 lbs. During the drive a strange thing happened. I was accelerating down a freeway onramp with no one behind me so I got off the throttle for a moment and then stepped on it hard. The rear twitched a bit (the road was wet) and then dug in and started to accelerate smoothly. But then a message briefly popped up on the dash saying
"Service Electronic Braking System" and then the yellow traction control icon stayed lit the rest of the drive. Any ideas on what that message and icon means and what needs to be done to keep it from happening again?

...and if the 3500's did alarm...you just ignore it, like we 2500 owners do.
By chance were you looking at a white mega cab in Mineola, TX? There was one with that strange tire mixture, seems like an odd coincidence.Drove the truck today... Third, they had Bridgestone tires on the front and newer Nexen's on the rear; is that typical?
