What are your plans for the truck Greg? Is a trade in in your future? Run the wheels off of it?
I'm rooting for option B, at the rate your going the sky's the limit for mileage.
I have been looking at expanding my hauling business with some heavier hauling and am toying with a 4500 Cab & Chassis with 4.44 ratio. Although I had only one warranty issue on my 11.8/300 mm rear axle, I am thinking the duty cycle of the 4500 & above axles are more in line with what I am looking to do. That will then get me in very frequent $2.50/loaded mile hauls.

A few pics of the Bridgestone R500 HDs with 82,965 miles on them (290,986 on The Radio Flyer)......

If you take a few days off this fall, those R500's might make it to their anniversary date of 1-27-18, on second thought maybe not, that is about 40k more miles at your rate:D

I will be watching for a 4500:) in your future and the haul pictures/stories.

GSBrockman, are your original TPIS sensors still working? Just wondering about expected battery life in these devices?

Yes they are.
I am at 354,003 miles, 665 idle hours, and 6447 drive hours if the hours help in determining the battery life / usage.

SO since the compete replacement of the rear end what GL is being used now? Just curious if he is running a heavier weight since he tows all the time? Example AMZ/OIL recommends 75-110 when towing a lot or heavy.

Nothing in my owners manual references ASSSS/OIL.....so I just use Mobil 1 75W90 GL5 Synthetic or Valvoline 75W90 GL5 Synthetic. 255k since dealer rebuild utilizing non-ASSSS/OIL differential fluid. ;)

Yes, I mostly run Michelin's and as they wear and age they begin to show cracks on the sidewalls. I am curious what his sidewalls look like with that mileage.
