Brake Controller Wiring

Trying to figure out the brake controller wiring on my truck. It has a pigtail with a flat four connector spliced into the factory brake controller harness. Wire colors do not match except for the blue wire.
My question is what is the proper wiring to use to splice into my controller which has red, white, blue, and red wires coming from the controller? See picture below that shows how it is currently wired.

Check out etrailer.com they have a ton of info and and videos.

The FSM has all the wiring Genos carries those if you need to figure out exact colors of the harnesses.

After peeling back some tape from the factory harness I found the wires marked. Then I just matched them up with the wire functions of the brake controller. Thanks for the link.
