PSC Power Steering Pump Upgrade

Hey guys,

Has anyone completed a steering pump upgrade to PSC 1400 series?

Trucks a 2003.5.

Old pump is 3 bolts at 90degrees to each other for fitment on to the bracket.
PSC pump is 4 bolts are unknown angles that do not align to the old bracket.

Has anyone done this swap and if so can you give me an idea of how to proceed?

Specs I had from 2012 for (I believe) the ZF aluminum pump:
2500 and 3500 series
at idle: 50-80 psi
at 1500 rpm: 1800 psi (+/- 50 psi)
at 1500 rpm: 3.5 - 4.0 gpm flow rate

Curious what the psi and flow rate are for the PSC 1400 pump is, if you can overcome the fitment issues.

Hey Superdawg great info thanks. Ive spoken(emailed) PSC and the 1400 series will still work fine. I will need to hook up the auto trans cooler to it and modify the bracket for the CP3. Il be doing it over the next month or 2. Il be sure to post all the info and pics once its done!
