seat rattle

anyone figure out how to fix the rattle on the passenger seat please help.

Mine did the same thing, it was driving me nuts! I took it in and had it looked at, first dealer said couldn't do anything about it. Took it to a second and they said the seat back needed to be replaced. They had to special order it, took about a week to get it in. that was about a month ago and so far no more rattle. Mine was replaced under warranty, 2018 3500 CC Dually Laramie.

Check that your tool kit is fully installed and locked down. I had a rattle that drove me nuts for a few years until the other day. I needed to use my jack and when I was replacing it into the truck I found that the tray has 3 shoulder bolts that hold it in place. The tray would could not catch the inner most bolt. In fact I had one hell of a time getting it to catch the inner most bolt. I had to bend the tray and force it down into the carpet to get it to catch the shoulder bolt. It was well worth the fight as No more rattle!

Both my 2014 and 2016 trucks have done this...... Try moving the seat forward or backwards to different spots. My seat rattles quite a bit less in certain positions.
