How many is too many?

How many vehicles is too many? Seems that I keep acquiring....

If you haven't declared bankruptcy due to taxes, registration, insurance and operating costs, you mightn't have too many.

I presume motorbikes and boats are not vehicles?

I am currently at 7 and counting. It's just plain nuts and I need to thin the bunch down.

And if you are like me, I can justify in my mind why I have to have all of them. Our old 04.5 is off the road now since last spring when I got the Ford, but is sitting behind my brother-in-law's garage just in case we decide to put it back on the road. My van hasn't moved in 6 weeks, just had to put a battery in it which went dead from sitting and I haven't touched my Vette since 2005 probably. I could go on and on if I started adding ATV's and tractors that never get used or even started for that matter.

Lets put it this way....if I listed in the signature line, it would probably crash the server after about 10 posts.! I have gotten rid of a few. But still have too many. Still Looking for the elusive, 1 vehicle that does it all.

Seriously though, 18 licensed vehicles here, too many tires, batteries, etc. Needless to say when I do my Spring and fall maintenance, OPEC sends me a welcome/thank you basket!.

I wasn't going to include the Champ and Airstream but I included and that makes 48 tires. That puts a whole new perspective on the question; " Is this enough?" I hope I don't slip up and mention this around my wife...she just wouldn't understand
