Seat upgrade options

After a recent road trip with 3 growing kids the shortfalls of the 03-09 QC are becoming quite prevalent.

Aside from a new/newer 4th gen (trust me, I've been shopping), what are some rear seat options. The biggest issue is a lack of a headrest in the middle seat. All the kids are too tall for it now, even the 8 yo.

Also, for the front seats. How are the Geno's upgraded seat cushions? My drivers side needs replaced whether I keep or sell the truck.

I also hate the 06-09 interior. Dad has an 06 and I don't find it ergonomic at all.

The 4th gen CC is plenty big.

I have had the new cushion from Geno's for a couple years. So far it has been great. Good support.

I recently put the upgraded Geno's cushion in my 04 plus replaced the butt and back covers with new ones from a place in Texas that does oe replacements [ they are on eBay]. The cushion is very nice, much better then the previous 2 stockers. My only gripe is with the cover as the attachment clips need to be moved to tighten the cover up and no provision for the seat switch.

I installed the Geno’s upgrade seat cushion. It’s a very nice cushion and I think I sit about 2” higher.

I did the swap in 5 minutes with the seat in the truck.

Whoever buys the truck is going to like the seat

I don’t have an answer for the rear seat, but I know mwilson, and Ozy have installed an air ride seat kit from a company that makes the seats for Freightliner. It ain’t cheap, but I’m sure it’s pretty awesome!
I do know what you mean about kids growing up in the back of a 3 gen quad cab. I only use mine for short hops with them in the back nowadays.
