Constant Tension Hose Clamp

I replaced the heater elbow hose behind the thermostat housing several months ago. The upper hose worm screw clamp appears to back-off just enough when the truck is driven for any trip over 100 miles or so, releasing a small amount of coolant. It seems I need to either replace with a new worm screw clamp or maybe install a new constant tension clamp.

I called the local Dodge dealer parts counter and they confirmed that the original clamps used were worm screw type clamps, however I am considering the constant tension type if they are the appropriate size. So far none of the parts houses locally stock a constant tension clamp in size that may work for the application.
 
McMaster Carr carries them. I use their app, so there is no copy paste option for a link.

Maybe a local truck place or diesel shop?

Our new Cummins powered International school buses come with these Gates heat-shrink clamps. I’ve never heard of any failures from the clamps. They sure give you a clean looking installation, nothing sticking out to cut or scratch you. You would have to remove the hose to put it on. They have a tool to cut them off without the chance of damaging the hose.

The simple constant spring tension clamp would be an excellent choice. Yes, you will have to remove the hose to install the clamp, but it will never leak again.

My understanding is there are four constant tension springs. Just to confirm, the attached picture shows the simple version. Thanks all.
