I've gotten some good deals buying new over the years, but lightly used is always the best... aside from my camper. Got it brand new at a well used price since there were campers on the way 2 model years later.... I still see our MY and model of camper on craigslist for what we paid for it... It's a 2011 we bought in 2012.

My last few vehicles have been NEW but bought at hefty discounts due to new model years being out for 6mos or so. Looking for replacement for the MH for over a year. Convinced that I will buy a couple model years old whether dealer hold-over or private party used. If I find the right deal, I will do it even if not quite ready. Looking for the right 5'er. I probably will trade up trucks at that point also. I have yet to see a trailer hitch on a hearse, therefore I am spending the kids' inheritance .
