Upgrading 15” to 16” wheels in TT

Our new vaction home

I'm busting up reading the toilet instructions.

Essentially,

"When doing #2, hop in the shower for a quick douche and pat dry. "

Ok, Ozy, for us country bumpkins who have no worldly experiences (raises hand), when can we expect a full tutorial on this subject? :Do_O

I spent part of the summer of 1994 in Rome. The hotel (probably would be considered a bed and breakfast now) that we stayed at had a bidet in the bathroom and no toilet paper. Little did I know that it was next to impossible to find toilet paper in the little stores in the city at the time. The one little corner grocer had rolls of paper towels that sort of reminded you of the Scott Shop Towels you can buy here. I know that they were expensive, but I didn't care. I wasn't using that bidet contraption.

Well they made a quick stop in the Azores so all were able to grab some WiFi for a few hours..

Message from Ozy below..

Hello all together
We arrived at the Azores, the cap decided to got a trip way in the south to avoid the worst bad weather.
We have now connection for around 5 hours. Then we go across the Atlantic on a southern round up to Halifax.
Arrive around 20.04.19.
Maybe.
Toilet is working, shower to. Fallen of closet door is also fixed.
Otherwise we have a good time with good food and nice people around.
Lots of hugs.

I have been teasing them unmercifully about what to expect for food while underway..
You know, like open your own can of beans night...
No chocolates on the pillow during this trip, etc...

In reality when the ship flies under the Italian flag there is on board an Italian Chef...

From the pictures it would appear that he knows how to cook....

Ah, the Azores. Spent three weeks there at Lajes AFB run by the Navy. The tanker crews had the SAC Prowler painted on every Navy piece of equipment they could find in retaliation for the Navy painting insignia's on their KC-135's. Every piece of food there except meats had salt in it since they use a desalination plant. Went to the NCO club figuring the food would be better, ordered a cheese burger. Took one bite and almost barfed. I asked the waiter what was in there. Oh the usual, hamburger, lettuce, tomato, pickles and goat cheese. Oh my gosh, goat cheese!!!!!!!!!!. I ate candy bars for at least 2 weeks. The only flat ground on that island is the runway.Went to the BX to get my candy bars, 230 steps up and 230 down. They have the running of the bulls there, seen a Navy guy in dress whites take a beating trying to be a smart a**. Him and his whites didn't look to good after that. We were there as a tanker group refueling fighters on their way to NM,Az. and Ca.

I forgot to add their fences for sheep etc. are built with boulders. The Venezuelan chior was trying to make a stop there in severe weather with a spare engine strapped in the back of a C-130. They came in from the side of the airport instead of the end running through some of those fences. The spare engine broke loose and killed everyone on board.

Why is Tommy Lee Jones taking a cargo ship across the Atlantic? And is that chef cutting pizza with scissors? Hopefully he doesnt double as the ships Barber.
I jest ofncourse, those trips can be the best experiences in your life.
