2017 Starts then stops

2017 2500, 10,500 miles. Last 2 weeks have had 4 incidents where truck starts, run 2 seconds, then motor stops. Dash indicator goes black. No CEL. No codes registered. Truck restarts without difficulty. Runs normally after this occurrence.

Thoughts? Next steps. Fuel filter remaining life is 17%.

Thanks for the reply. Had same thought. Replaced batteries in both key fobs. No difference.

Immobilizer doesn't need the battery, it is a passive chip that is pinged and recognized from an antenna around the ignition lock.

Your dealer should check that.

Battery needed Immobilizer has gone some 20 years ago. Since then its passive.
