2007.5 Error Codes ~ Help!

I got the following codes after truck (2007.5 6.7) stumbled & died. I got a CEL accompanied with the lightening bolt symbol (APPS?). I had to disconnect both negative cables & wait a few before it would start. The dash would light up but the truck wouldn't even crank. I used my $50 NAPA OBD II reader & it gave me the following codes. I was able to limp it home, but it was bucking at times.
I see the P2509 has to do with the ECM\PCM but I can't find any codes referenced with the "C" in front of them or a "U" in front of them. Companion codes?

Chassis and communication codes. The P2509 is loss of power to the PCM while running. Check all battery connections, grounds, the big battery lug on the TIPM, and the ECM connectors.

Totally Integrated Power Module, the fuse box in front of the battery.

The communication codes and the C codes would not cause it to stall, but would cause it to not crank. The two U codes could have caused the two C codes. The C codes are loss of Configuration and VIN mismatch. Have you swapped a module lately or been playing around with a programmer?

Nope, haven't done anything to the truck other than regular maintenance. Last night I just had it towed to the dealership & hopefully I'll hear something tomorrow. Sometimes I just wish I had a 12V so I didn't have all of the electrical BS that comes with all of the new trucks...
I'll update everyone when I hear what's going on. Thanks for the replies!
