Any idea where to purchase a plastic "scraper" similar to this one?

8" long, 11/16" wide.

I bought several years ago and can't remember where I got them. No one locally has them.

I've used them to help remove clips, install window tinting, scrape (w/o damaging the base surface), etc.

Good to know. Thanks.

However, I didn't mention that I'd like to get at least 10 of this specific item since I tend to wear them out.

Ah then Amazon, I have bought a few from there and while I try not to use Amazon too much its hard to beat the price.

Actually you may want to check home improvement stores too in the screen door department, I have seen very similar tools for re-screening windows and doors.

Check with a shop that installs auto glass. That tool is used to fit glass into rubber gaskets, "tool" sealants, & the like.

Perfect thanks! I almost ordered the amazon ones, but I've not had good luck with the cheap stuff on amazon - the quality of the plastic is ...hmmm....pathetic. NOT saying it is in this case since I did not order them.

Now I've got part numbers!!! Thanks so much!

I've not had time to visit a glass shop to see about finding them.

Dan,

When purchasing any online retailer, I Google the part manufacturer name and part name separately and compare results from the open Internet... as a result I've NEVER had problems with Amazon OR Ebay.

Nothing like the POWER of the Internet!

I always do the same. I did research a lot of reviews on the ones in the link I posted. I would not have posted it if it had any bad reviews.

Sorry, no insult or criticism of your post at all... I was merely trying to help the OP with a method to verify a manufacturer, part, and vendor are good. Sometimes I even find something better.

Well, never got around to going to the glass shop. So, ordered the ones from Amazon. Not as nice as the one I have, but $.70 apiece, fine for me. Thank you very much for that link.

Oh, I was not insulted at all. I was agreeing with you. I know I quoted your post, but I was aiming it towards the OP.
