I use them all the time with zero issue.

I send the wife in she tells them pump # she shops etc. I call her let it ring two times and hang up. She knows to go pay, I pull forward she pays then we leave.

I’ll be ordering the tank and skid plate for my ‘18 here in the next week or so.

I have yet to need more fuel, but I’ve sure wanted it a few times.

Picked mine up today... Sitting with my rear bumper now. As soon as I have a free moment I will get it installed... pictures and all.

Transfer Flo also makes under belly tanks and in bed made of steel not plastic. Have had a 50 gal in bed for 5 yrs no problems . Automatically fills at half to the three fourths mark then all over again when it reaches one half . Fortunately on 2020 LBDS you can geta 50 gal tank as an option for 300 . Well worth it !

They don’t have any replacement tanks for the newer trucks.

Sometimes. Truckers get a bit mad if you use their lanes. I have to run in as most won't take a card. I'm getting good at squeezing in with cars. Take up the entire lane, but so be it.

Apparently you haven’t heard of the ERS fuel card , no need to run in , plus you can do everything from the app on your phone before you even get out of the truck , plus the fuel savings .

I purchased the Titan 55 gallon tank for my 2016 Ram 3500. Best investment in the truck so far. It was really nice to not have to worry about fuel all the time when I'm towing. This allows me to search for better fuel prices when we are traveling. The only issue is that the miles remaining distance calculator is off on the dash. The ECU doesn't know it has a larger tank. Small issue for me and I don't worry about it. But I was glad I did it and only wish I had done it sooner. No regrets!
