06 3500, it has of late started to not show that the shift is not in park which results in no start. I can jiggle the shift lever and it will show it is in park. Can this be adjusted? bg

Change the park/neutral switch down at the transmission. And buy OEM even if they are more expensive then the others.
I changed mine twice for this reason.

Like Ozy mentioned, switch fixed mine as well. I think that changing that switch causes fluid to leak out. I just changed my switch as I was servicing my transmission fluid and filter.

Adjustment is behind the knee bolster under the steering column. The cable stretches over time and th ebracke ton the trans can bend one you adjust with a clip, the other with a hammer.
