My Follow up with Max Care.

Had a good surprise on my Max Care plan for my 2019 Ram. I bought the truck new in Jan of this year and was sold a 3rd party warranty at the time of the sale. After reading some of the threads here in March I discovered that Ram offered a factory plan. I cancelled the third party plan(Got most of my money back) and called Max care and purchased the 8yr 125,000, $100.00 deductable plan. Cost was $4100. Shortly after doing this I was once again reading some threads here and some others were talking about their Max Care plans and saving money buying online and someone posted a link. So I checked it out and found out I got charged $1050. more buying direct on the phone than if purchased online. Though Mopar vehicle protection payment plan online I sent them a message, told them the situation and asked them to credit my account the $1050. I figured nothing would come of it. But at least I tried. Well it took a few months but they Credited my account the full difference in price. So I just wanted to pass this along and say that being a member of TDR is Great thing indeed. Im honored to be here.

I bought IWS on my current truck. Folks I know have used it on their RAM vehicles. Purchased it via my credit union. They take over after the 36k/36 month.

What state did you use the new mopar warranty?What what was fixed??

LOOKS like it was a zero deductible.That is why i think you got some money back.

Im in CA,
What I did was I called directly to Max Care and got the above warranty for $4100. Then checked online a few months later after participating in a tread here on TDR and saw my exact same plan for $3050. So then I sent max care an email and about a month or so later they credited my account $1050. I was and am happy
