You have to remember that this nation that is called the united state is no longer the United States. That nation has disappeared into history.
What do you expect from a generation who twice elected a President who apologized to the aggressors for winning the war in a manner that saved American lives?

Thanks for the encouraging post, and keep up the good work. Though I did not have the privilege of serving, I honor all those who have and are serving today. My Dad's older brother was lost in the Pacific theater serving as a Machinist Mate on PT337. Years ago we went to Battleship Cove in Fall River, MA, and they have a restored PT on display. As "crew kin" they opened her up so we could go below deck, and sign the guest log. I can't tell you what a moving experience that was.My wife and I took a vacation there 8 or so years ago. Pearl Harbor was mandatory on our list. It was a very humbling and sobering experience. My Grandfather and step Grandfather both fought in WWII in the Asian Pacific, so I felt I owed it to them at least visit. I personally feel that every American that makes it out there owes it to themselves to go. It made us both appreciate our freedoms because of the sacrifices made.
I feel like pride in our country is lost in a lot of my generation and the ones after me. I try to pass this pride down to my kids so hopefully it sticks.
Anyway, I felt compelled to say something about it.
Thanks to all that serve or have served.
It’s December 7 again. The news media is even more neglectful about what happened today. Even with that event in Pearl Harbor the other day, the morning news is blind to the history of 1941.
Yup and yet another year has passed. Now I have a longer commute to work, and as I listened to two NYC AM news stations for a decent amount of time, I just realized that there was no mention on either station....and here we are and what a year it has been. Let us not forget this day and those that gave the ultimate sacrifice in protecting this great nation!
Blessing to all
