I have a leaking Water Outlet Hose on my 15, Ram 2500 part #
68325443aa. It is not the oring. Out of warranty and as some may know very spendy part. Has any one had this issue and welded the hose where the leak is occurring, or repaired it some other way other than spending the $700.00 for the part.

If it isn't the braded section it almost has to be one of the O'rings. I would pull it off and find a way to repair it before I spent $700. FYI the 2018 PN (68210194AB) for my truck is a little less expensive and shows it fits 2013-2018.

I ended up pulling mine apart twice and cleaned the mating surfaces extensively plus a new o-ring before I got mine to stop leaking. It was quite the pain in the @$$.

I’m guessing this fitting doesn’t like to have the hose removed. I need to flush out my heater core had almost no heat this weekend when temperatures were around 24 . This truck was never great but this weekend was down right cold in the cab. Tomorrow’s project....

Only thing I can find to visualize this thing is this diagram that pops up. Says it's part 14 on this diagram. Cummins or FCA must be awfully proud of this piece.
