Mileage drop after new injectors

2003 HO NV5600 6 SP 2WD. Need rear seal, which one?

I just installed my new BBI stage .5 injectors in my 2006 5.9. At Martin (of BBI) suggestion as well as others, I opted for the 03 model year injectors for the wider spray angle.
My question is regarding smarty touch settings for running these. My truck is a stock turbo, and never sees North of 3500 rpm.
I'm currently running the catcher 3 tune (claims 60hp tune with timing) rail pressure: stock, timing: stock, torque management: stock.
It seems to run well, and has decent power, but want to make sure I'm optimizing the potential and longevity and not risking any damage.
Anyone run this combo and suggest any changes for better performance or longevity?

You should add some timing as it’s the #1 reason for programming on these trucks, especially a 04.5-07.

Try the most advanced and see if it smokes/hazes on you.

Big Fish,
I have those stage .5’s from BBi as well. I’m running the catcher 3 setting with max timing (at John’s suggestion). I actually just wound it up on a drive back home on Sunday. Rolled into at about 30 or 35, burped a little smoke and hit 80 with a shift before I knew it. The looming curve said I was done with the run before the truck was. Hope it works as well for you.

I actually ran it on Catcher 5 with max timing all last summer pulling the Colorado mountains with a 10,995# 5ver. Good power, good mileage and decent EGT’s.
Scott.
