I received a new fusible links for the grid heaters relays to the battery. My question is the new ones are reversed from the old ones. What I mean is the larger wires are on top and connect to the battery and the smaller wires connects to the relays. Will this still work the same as the old ones?
Thanks Dave

That configuration is normal in the electrical world. The unprotected wire is large then the fuse and the wire from the fuse sized for the fuse rating.

I don't see why not. I'm curious to why they needed replacing.
I bought a new battery cable kit and it has the 2/0 size wires and came with everything plus grid heater fusible links. I was going to leave the old ones ,but the military style posts have a bigger bolt size and the old wires ends are to small. Thanks ,I just wanted to make sure it didn't have to go in a curtain way, so I'll finish installing the kit.
Thanks Dave
