Is there a citing on TDR to locate the color for the plastic used in our trucks? I've come across info online about mist gray, which I'm not sure is what it is in my truck.

When I was replacing my dash top long ago I thought it was mist gray also. Till I started the reinstall. Nope it's agate. Had to repaint. I believe if you decode the plate I think up by the inlet to the radiator it give the codes for the interior also.

Isn't gray mist the upper color (a-pillars, headliner, etc)? Agate is the dark gray used on the lower dash and stuff.

The label under the hood cites the trim code P1D5.

The label under the hood cites the trim code P1D5.

The part number 4504706 is supposedly the correct paint to match my trim code P1D5 (the D5 stands for medium quartz).

All I know is I did mist on mine and it really looked out of place.The # on the agate with a Mopar label is E82201399
