I’d pay that . That’s quite a lot better . Now if I can just find this post in 3 monthsProbably still too much money but Rock Auto has the component for $382.79 https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=5412579&cc=1400162&pt=4212&jsn=983

Heat don’t work ac don’t work went through all the tests in the manual and it says replace the switchSo what is wrong with yours????
Rock Auto carries the switch panel with the heated mirror switch but they are currently out of stock. https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=6348528&cc=1400162&pt=4212&jsn=917
They do however have a heater/airconditioning switch with heated mirrors button for a 2002 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel that is manufactured by Dorman that cost $159.97 plus a $100 core charge. https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=5547615&cc=1440064&pt=4212&jsn=1019 Unfortunately, they don't show a backside view of the switch so you can view the plug configuration. I have no idea if this switch will work on your truck or not.
These switches must be made of unobtainium or gold or something like that. I don't understand why they are so expensive.
