It's been awhile since I posted here. I just recently bought my 2002 2500 back. The paint is a little faded and there are a few more miles on the clock, but I'm glad to have it back. One thing I noticed right away is that the blinkers and 4-way flashers don't work. I looked around and found that the 20 Amp Maxifuse in the PDC under the hood was blown, as was the 10 amp fuse for the ac clutch. I replace both fuses and the blinkers worked for a few minutes, but both fuses were blown again by the time I made it home. Any chance the two could be related somehow?

My best guess is that wires for each circuit run together inside of a wire loom that contains many wires. I would look for physical damage to one of the looms and trace from there.

I presume that you are talking about the AC 10 amp fuse in the PDC (not the 10 amp fuse in the Junction Block fuse panel in the cab). I would disconnect the AC relay in the PDC. If the fuse doesn't blow, then the problem is in either in the relay (not likely) or downstream of the relay. If the fuse still blows, then you have eliminated the circuit downstream of the relay.
