trans shifting funny

trans has 371,650 miles on it I purchased truck new.Serviced trans. every 30,000 miles first lock conv. did not want to unlock when slowing to stop then would hold very long in low gears before shifting .Pulled pan looked good put new fluid in worked good 2 days then lock up conv. didnt work .Now it started working again any ideas do not mind putting in new trans. But is any thing electric that controls trans.Thanks

At that milage change the solenoids and the transducer, they are way behind their life expectations.
Ah wonder to me they lasted so long.

Could be the electrics in the converter. You have a lot of miles on that truck.
