Looking for a Charge pipe to intake horn coupler in an odd size.

I need a 3.5" ID coupler in a 4.68" length able to hold at least 60psi. Essentially this Mishimoto one, but it can't be a transition/reducer.

Context : I'm running a Mishimoto 3.5" intercooler with their matching charge pipes and boots; but I need to couple it to an S&B intake air horn with a 3.5" OD. The couplers that came with both the Mishimoto intercooler/pipe kit and S&B horn have reducers to the factory charge pipe 3" OD and the factory air horn 3" OD.

I've already looked on Vibrant Performance, Mishimoto, Power Driven Diesel, and Pure Diesel Power.

Anyone else come across an odd ball size for a performance setup?

This is what we carry for the buses. It's 6" long and rated to 55psi. We have trimmed them down if you have room for the clamp. Here's a link to a website that carries it. Maybe they have something heavier and shorter.
