One of those two is likely the alternator lead…

Probably should know what you’re disconnecting before you disconnect it.
 
Ok good I will go over to my truck where it’s stored tomorrow and disconnect it off the passenger battery. I will sleep better not burning his house down thanks

True but I was in a hurry. You have the same truck right which one did you disconnect? Next question never did a recall before. How will I know when it’s my turn for the grid heater replacement. Do I have to signup or what. With my dealer I suppose , ie when will be my turn

I haven’t disconnected anything.

Get in touch with your dealer.
 
So I’m on the recall list at my dealer. Service man says they are getting one a week could take as long as next oil change. I said that’s almost a year . He said it could take that long.
