FASS fuel pump won’t run.

Changed both batteries. Hooked up fast fuel pump wires as before. Engine turns over fast. Fuel pump doesn’t run. What do I do next coach?

I’d look to make sure you didn’t miss any wires. Maybe there’s a positive wire going to a relay that dropped out of site when disconnecting.

Hook it up to 12v and see if it runs.

Check the inline fuse sometimes it wiggles loose and doesn't make contact, this has happened to me numerous times, my solution was to take a bit of blue shop towel and pack it in the cap for the inline fuse to keep pressure on it for contact. No issues since.

Bingo. Went out this morning, pulled on every wire and found one loose one. Ground for the FASS.
