2017 Ram active air

So i got the service Ram active air box see dealer , set a check engine , i cleared code and replaced air cleaner . Check engine light didn't come back on after I cleared it , but now i have a stored message that I can't get rid of ? My question is how do you delete the stored message ?

Usually 5 engine cycles if it is a soft code, hard code needs to be dealer addressed

Check your air tube between the air box and turbo for cracks especially near the turbo.

Is that caused from removing it and re-installing it every oil filter service?

The tubes on all five of our 4500 C&C Service Trucks split like that and they don't remove them for a filter change.

Who knows! That is NOT my air intake. Mine still looks as it should.

Do a search, lots of ChiCom replacement sections on ZCAMAZON. Must be a weak link.

The broken tube I show is off my friends 13. He was getting codes. I used aluminum tape to temporarily seal and codes did not come back.

Changing oil today and YES I removed the air intake as i do every 15k. Looks to be in perfect condition.
