Nice! A 440 in runner? Right now the 65 has a 383 is snagged from a 69 runner, I just freshened it up and ran it. I was the 1st to open it up, and it looked good in there considering age and miles:).

It looks like the HX35 to me. I'll have to find out for sure, but I'm 90% positive.

Thanks for the link. good to know. As far as what it's going in... I have a 65 dodge short bed 2wd. like i said, something different. If the 6bt and the 5. 9 truck engine are an easy interchange, I could put the 6bt in my 94 4x4 and put the 5. 9 in the shortbox. It seems like the 5. 9 is better...
