Just read your thread about crank balancer. I'm starting to replace mine with a stock one and wanted to ask what was the tork used on the nut's ? also did you have to reset the sessor and what do you set it on . Thousandth ? Any certain way to put it on ? Any info would be appricated...

my headlights will go off and then back on . this only happens now and then. I had the recall heavy duty switch installed . Could this be going bad ? Anyone have this problem . 1997 ram 3500 .

Nyoest... ... ... ... ... the info you got from southbend people seems to be correct. I talked to a mechanic that works on Dodge trucks and he said the same thing . Just got to live with it for a while. He also said there was no adjustment to be made. Thanks again to all who replyed.

Thanks for the reply and info. So far nothing seems to work . Guess I'll have to go to a good transmission shop and have them tear it apart and find out whats wrong.
I have a 1997 3500 5 speed trans. and just had a new cluch installed. All woked well until I started pulling my 5th wheel trailer. With or with the trailer the truck jumps when taking off. The flywheel was resurfaced when cluch was installed. Any ideas what's causing this and will it damage the...
