I replaced mine with one from auto zone. Was the only place in town with one and at the time I needed it now. Seems to be doing the job and has a lifetime guarantee. Exact stock replacement.

I have the same problem with my HTT 64. It definitely gets annoying having to pull over and clear a code. I have also contemplated changing my set up in order to get rid of the problem.
I've had the same problem with mine. Usually stab the filter with a long screwdriver and turn them off. The spot that I put the pump is tucked up high so it's hard to get my filter wrench in there.
I had 1 that was built in china that went within a year but was covered under warranty so we will see how long the second one will last. I also could not find one not made in china
