    Joe, Regarding your vacuum pump oil leak -- just completed the task on my '99 2500 quad cab. Nasty job getting the pump assembly out -- take it over the top even if you need a ladder! I removed the air/turbo ram for more room. Go with fixinrams. Mr. Gould has a very good kit with very good...

    Leave it running while locked

    On my '99 2500, I can pull the ignition key out with the engine running, lock it with the the fob and unlock with the key. The fob won't unlock it! However, on my '01 fob works great both ways. It is most comforting, however, to have an extra key accessible if you respect Murphy's Laws! BCall

    Off-road diesel is dyed red to be identified as fuel purchased exempt from road tax. The feds are kinda fussy about this.
