Just got mine in the mail today. Had that glimmer of hope that maybe my truck would make the calender. WOW was I in for a surprise. On the cover of TDR and Dec 2011 on the calender.
All I can say is thanks TDR. You have made my day and put a big smile on my face. :) Virtually 100% of the...
The hubs sound great, but I’m interested in what if any savings they provide. If I replace my standard hubs with the free spin hubs, will I save enough fuel to justify the cost?
Other than fuel savings, what are the benefits beyond drive line wear and maintenance back to the transfer case...
AlaskanCummins, First my apology for bumping heads with you yesterday. Obviously we both have a high regard for Sage, his company and product. Glad you had the guts to say it like you saw it and get the issue promptly resoled using direct communication with Sage. Engineers are known to be anal...
Fair enough, I believe we have reached an equitable understanding and am looking forward to your discussion with Sage. You are totally correct that this forum brings to the CTD enthusiast the best information available with enthusiastic debate at times. :)

I have the ARBs on both ends of an 05 CTD. One of the best upgrades I have ever made. No pictures of the front, but some of the rear in my truck pics. Also have picture of dash mount ARB switches
I’ve got over 5,000 miles on a set of upper and lowers installed in March. They are working perfectly. Think it’s a little early to start another thread of "Carli" problems until you have taken the time to determine what the problem is and had a discussion with Sage. Is the problem a part of the...
Im in full areement with Dieselnerd. At this point Im rapidly closing in on 200,000 miles and have done a lot of upgrades. However, I no longer have a truck payment and my truck is close to being as good as new, possibly better than new except for some cosmetic items.
I have no intention of...
Tires are GoodYear Durotrac 315/70/17 load range D. I ran through 3 sets of BFG TKOs in the same size. Always had ballance problems and poor snow traction. Went to these after reading test data at discount tires. They look geat and the price is about the same.
Bumpers are Road Armor. They...
Carli starter kit with Carli control arms. Tires are 315/70/17 and are about the same height as 35/12. 5/17, just a little narrower. The 315s do not rub at all with full lock in both directions. Think the 12. 5 might rub a little at full lock.
