Were the lines rusted inside the tank? It seems to me if the lines were rusted outside of the tank between the lift pump and VP then I would see a leak after I shut it off.

I have a pretty steady brake fluid leak. It seems to be coming from an aluminum valve between what I think is the ABS unit and the front brakes. It has a brass plunger in the center that moves up and down. The fluid leaks from this point. I am attaching a picture. Has anyone seen a leak like...

Ok, so they did the in the tank replacement and the fuel pump. Everything looked fine for a few days and then it started having problems when you get on the throttle. Now it is throwing the p0216 and p602 codes again. When we picked it up they told they had to replace the fuel pump twice...

So they are going to replace both pumps under warranty, but they are putting the lift pump in the tank. Are there any specific concerns I should have for this except for the next time I have to change it, it will be twice as much work.

Thanks for the replies. I am definitely hoping this is covered under the warranty. I am also thinking that some guages are going to be in my future so I can see a problem like this coming.

Yeah, I just went out and looked at it again. It doesn't even look like it bleeds like any clutch system I am used to. NAPA's web page doesn't even list the parts. Guess I'll be calling my dealer when they open up in about 20mins. Thanks, Bryce
