    I like to just stick a piece of carboard between the radiator and intercooler. If the engine ever gets above 190 i either move the cardboard or fold it to let it cool down. This winter i plan on making a custom cut set of diamond plate grille covers that are able to be bolted on and off...

    I got them awhile back for my old 96. They worked great until i wrapped it around a light pole. Damn A Pillar blind spot.

    You can usually get hard to find screws bolts and plugs at Fastenal. I know after i lost the hex nut for my AFC thats the only place i could find another one for much cheaper than the dealer was asking.
