Thanks for everyones help. Unfortunately, I had to buy the injection pump. I will post and let you know if that solves the problem once it is installed. The local auto parts store lends out code readers and they all pointed to the injection pump.
Well, I just trailered the truck home (hit the block wall taking it off the trailer and dented the back end! So much for saving on towing costs!) I cracked open the fuel injector lines. It took some time, but fuel eventually ran to all of them. I couldn't get to the one closest to the firewall...
The fuel pump relays are alright. The lift pump is putting out approx 14lbs of pressure. I didn't crack any injector lines as the truck is 25 miles away. I did push on the connections on the back of the injector pump. Any other suggestions on things to look at since I have to drive to it to...
It stumbled in the morning when I started it. Then I turned it off when I got to where I was going and it will not start. No other work done on it.

I have a 1998 Ram Diesel 24 valve that I just turned off and now it won't start. Does the crank position sensor stop it from starting? There is fuel to the injection pump and it seems like all the relays are okay too. Any other possibilities on why it won't start?
