    On my installation there is enough room topside of bed to install solenoid valve. I used a "street elbow" at bottom outlet of tank.     Yes it be gravity flow. The aux. tank had a 3/8" outlet at bottom of tank . Also had a 3/8" outlet at top of tank for vent. The solenoid valve just made it very convienant for opening and closing the gravity flow.

    I have a combo toolbox over 45 gallon fuel tank in bed of 2015 ,, 3500 Larimie Dually. I plumbed a fuel line from this aux. tank , down thru a " Solenoid Valve " and into the OEM fill neck. I wired the solenoid valve to the #1 aux. switch switch that is factory mounted in dash. Goin down the...
