Noticed in your signature and now profile, you are a fan of full size Jeeps. I learned to drive a stick on a 1986 J20, when I was 13 years old. It was a pain in the butt, but my Dad made me keep with it, and now there is not a manual transmission that I can't drive, and I think I owe it all to that Jeep.
My father worked for AMC (and then retired with Chrysler), so I have a thing for AMC's, hence the Gremlin. My Dad had a couple Cherokee Chief's and J-10's and 20's while I was growing up, and I keep saying, when I get some extra time and money, I want to find / build a 2 door full size Cherokee, or a pick up. Problem is by the time I have BOTH extra time and money, I think they will all be rusted up. Hard to find them in good shape up here in the mid-west.
I would like to see some pics if you have them and get a chance to send them. Other than that, just thought I would share.
